Soft Toys

Hansa Toys International is based in the Philippines and has over 300 dedicated employees who all collectively produce an average of three thousand animal soft toys per day. Each batch of toys is then exported to over 21 countries across the globe.

Hansa, soft toys are lovable and have built up a reputation for producing incredibly realistic, beautifully crafted, eminently cuddly plush animal replicas. Hansa International was founded in 1972 by Hans Axthelm and is becoming the world leader in beautifully crafted soft toy animals.

A favourite amongst children and collectors, these toys are holders of many international awards and the collection has made Hansa Toys a preferred supplier to Zoos, Wildlife Parks and garden centres. The meticulous detailing on these toys ensures that they are also first pick for Christmas displays, Media events, photo shoots and even exhibitions.

Every childrens toy comes with a "Toys That Teach" tag and information describing each animal and its habits. There are interesting facts about the animals' habitat, how they care for their young, the gestation period, and even eating habits. Each tag is relevant to the animal it depicts and is there as an educational tool to inform about the world's animal kingdom.

A recent grouping of animals added to the collection include a range of Endangered Species which have been added in a bid to highlight to younger generations that they will be the ones who will have to save them from extinction.

Each animal soft toy is created by a highly skilled, talented and passionate team of craftsmen and women, researchers, designers, artists and technicians. Each hansa soft toy is designed with its distinctive character in mind and from portraits of animals in their natural habitat.

A single toy can range in size from 4 inches to 4 metres display item.
